WOW Recruitment is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to join a rapidly expanding team in Alexandria, Sydney. Based onsite, you will qualify inbound leads, build a strong pipeline and maximise conversions while learning from the Senior Sales Team.

You will respond quickly to inbound inquiries, conduct discovery calls, and drive activity with a clear focus on meeting targets. This role offers a defined career pathway to leadership and a dynamic, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of phone-based sales experience.
• Confident and engaging phone manner with rapport-building.
• Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet activity and sales targets and make high volumes of calls.
• Highly organized and process-driven with attention to detail.
• Resilient, motivated and results-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and customer-focused with a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and maximise conversions.
• Qualify and assess leads to identify genuine opportunities.
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers and sellers.
• Run discovery calls to understand customer needs.
• Build rapport and trust through confident phone conversations.
• Explain the buying and transaction process clearly.
• Drive follow-up and manage opportunities through to a close.
• Keep the CRM up to date with lead and activity records.
• Achieve activity, conversion and revenue KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to progress high-value opportunities.
