Job summary

Hometime is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Brisbane to convert inbound property owner inquiries into new managed properties. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners, build rapport, and guide them through listing their property with confidence.

The role focuses on phone-based sales, working with a structured playbook, and collaborating with Host partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in inside sales or phone-based sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections.
• Comfort following a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads from property owners and qualify their needs.
• Guide prospects to a signed management agreement.
• Manage opportunities through defined sales stages with timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Host partners and internal teams to set accurate expectations.
• Log activity in HubSpot and maintain high-quality data for forecasting.
