Zusammenfassung

Kiss Property Group, a Brisbane-based buyer's agency, is seeking experienced cold callers to join our team in a high-volume outbound role. Work remotely with an hourly base and commission, on an initial 3-month contract, with potential for ongoing work based on performance.

You will focus on starting conversations, identifying genuine opportunities, and booking quality appointments for our Buyers Agents. Prior experience in real estate or high-volume outbound calling is highly regarded.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' experience in cold calling, outbound sales or appointment setting.
• Proven track record of booking qualified appointments from cold leads.
• Confident initiating conversations with non-targeted prospects.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a professional phone manner.

Aufgaben

• Make approximately 100–150 outbound calls per full working day to cold and warm prospects.
• Build rapport, ask the right questions and identify genuine buying intentions.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, property requirements and purchasing timeframe.
• Book a target of 15 qualified appointments per week for Buyers Agents.
• Handle objections and convert hesitation into interest.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.
• Consistently meet calling, appointment and conversion targets.
