Western Sydney University is seeking a skilled professional to manage workers' compensation, workplace rehabilitation and return-to-work programs across Western Sydney. You will coordinate complex cases from injury reporting to sustained return-to-work, engaging with staff, insurers, health professionals and stakeholders.

You will provide expert advice on injury management, legislation and governance, and use data to drive cost controls and improvement initiatives, while supporting supervisor

Qualificações

• Postgraduate qualification or equivalent in health administration, allied health or rehabilitation coordination.
• SIRA-approved Return to Work Coordinator training (or interstate equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing workers' compensation and workplace rehabilitation.
• Extensive knowledge of injury management legislation and WHS/discrimination requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage workers' compensation and rehabilitation cases across Western Sydney University fields.
• Coordinate complex claims from injury reporting through return-to-work and suitable duties.
• Provide expert advice on injury management, rehabilitation and legislative obligations.
• Use data to prepare reports on costs, trends and performance for governance.
• Handle insurance renewal and financial administration, plus education initiatives.
