WorkFocus Australia is seeking an experienced Injury Management Consultant to join the South West WA team in Bunbury, full-time or part-time. You will support workplace rehabilitation for large employers, brokers and complex claims, helping people return to work and regain independence.

The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for professional development, relocation assistance and access to a supportive, multi-disciplinary team across Australia.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to travel within the South West region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct worksite, functional, ergonomic and home assessments.
• Identify Return to Work barriers and liaise with stakeholders.
• Design and monitor RTW programs to help injured employees return to work.
