Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Permanent full-time Recover at Work Coordinator to join our Health, Safety & Wellbeing team. You will provide end-to-end injury management and workers' compensation support across a diverse workforce.

Reporting to the Recover at Work Manager, you will coordinate recovery-at-work plans, suitable duties programs and claims management, working with managers, employees, insurers and HR.

Qualifications

• Experience in workers' compensation, injury management, return-to-work or rehabilitation coordination.
• Understanding of workers' compensation legislation and injury management practices.
• Experience handling multiple cases in a high-volume environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recovery-at-work plans and suitable duties programs.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and payment calculations.
• Provide end-to-end injury management and workers' compensation support.
• Collaborate with managers, employees, insurers, HR and medical professionals.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and reporting obligations.
• Support non-work-related injury and illness management processes.
• Contribute to reporting, audits and wellbeing programs.
