Job summary

Qualifications

• Injury management experience with workers' compensation
• Return to Work coordination qualifications with on-the-job experience
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance
• Ability to align injury management with organisational goals

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate care and support for workplace injuries and illnesses
• Develop and manage Recover at Work Plans with stakeholders
• Oversee end-to-end injury management and workers' comp process
• Deliver advice on injury prevention and early intervention strategies
• Collaborate with WHS teams to identify hazards and improve health
• Maintain accurate records and analyse injury data for future strategies
• Support leaders in managing injured workers effectively
