Job summary

Western Sydney University Hawkesbury campus is seeking a skilled coordinator to manage workers' compensation, workplace rehabilitation and return-to-work programs across the university and its entities. This full-time, ongoing HEW 8 role includes complex case management and collaboration with staff, insurers and health professionals.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification or equivalent in health administration, allied health, rehabilitation coordination or related field.
• Completed SIRA-approved Return to Work Coordinator training (or interstate equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing workers compensation claims and rehabilitation cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex workers compensation and rehabilitation cases with timely coordination.
• Deliver safe, sustainable return-to-work and reasonable adjustment outcomes.
• Provide authoritative advice and maintain policies, procedures and records.
