MedHealth Group, part of the WorkFocus Australia family, is seeking an experienced Injury Management Specialist to join our South West WA team in Bunbury with travel across the region.

You'll support workplace rehabilitation for major employers, brokers and complex claims, conducting site assessments and coordinating return-to-work plans, all while delivering exceptional customer care. Flexible full-time or part-time options are available.

Competenze

• Australian recognised degree and full accreditation in one of the listed professions
• Willingness to travel with a current vehicle and licence
• Two years’ experience in Workplace Rehabilitation or similar
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills

Mansioni

• Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments
• Identifying Return to Work barriers
• Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes
• Designing, implementing and monitoring programs to return injured employees to the workforce
