Bayside Health is seeking a dedicated Injury Management professional to support employees through injury, recovery and return to work. Reporting to the Manager, Injury Management, you will manage a portfolio of cases from notification through to recovery and RTW, providing practical advice and liaising with practitioners, managers and WorkSafe.

You will contribute to early intervention, determine suitable duties and develop and review RTW plans with sensitivity and attention to confidentiality.

Competenze

• Qualifications in injury management, rehabilitation, allied health, OHS or related field.
• Experience in injury management, workers’ compensation and return-to-work.
• Ability to coordinate cases across multiple stakeholders and develop practical RTW plans.
• Strong organisation, record-keeping and confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Manage an allocated portfolio of injury and illness cases from notification to recovery.
• Provide practical injury management and workers’ compensation advice.
• Develop, review and implement return-to-work plans with stakeholders.
• Support psychological injury cases and liaise with rehabilitation providers and WorkSafe.
