Job summary

Perigon Group is seeking an experienced infrastructure leader to guide an established team in Brisbane, owning the infrastructure roadmap for a growing financial services organisation. Reporting to the CTO, you will influence technology decisions, champion continuous improvement and build capability for the next growth phase.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, mentoring a growing team and driving automation.

This is an opportunity to lead an established team of System Engineers while taking ownership of the infrastructure roadmap for a growing financial services organisation. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll influence technology decisions, champion continuous improvement and help build the capability required for the next phase of growth.

We're looking for a leader who enjoys thinking strategically but isn't afraid to jump on the tools when needed. Someone who asks questions, challenges the status quo, develops ideas around efficiency and takes genuine ownership of outcomes.

Enjoy a cohesive office environment with hybrid working and salary in the range of $150-180K plus super plus bonus.
