Job summary

Vertaview Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager/Senior Infrastructure Specialist to lead a team of five and drive cloud-first infrastructure across 220+ sites on the eastern seaboard. The role blends hands-on technical work with project leadership in a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) and offers strategic impact on infrastructure and security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure projects in complex cloud environments.
• Strong Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure and identity management expertise.
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks, controls and best practices.
• Experience with Entra ID, Intune, EDR, NDR, ZTNA or related technologies.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• 3+ years' experience in an Infrastructure Manager, Senior Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.

Join our close-knit IT team in a permanent full-time Brisbane CBD position, leading a team of five while supporting a modern cloud-first environment across 220+ sites throughout Australia's eastern seaboard. This is an opportunity to combine hands‑on technical expertise with project leadership, driving infrastructure strategy, cyber security initiatives and continuous improvement across a large, geographically dispersed organisation.
