Job summary

Humanised Group is partnering with a successful and growing organisation investing heavily in technology during a period of growth, acquisitions and transformation. The Infrastructure Manager will shape the future of the technology function, build capability, and drive meaningful outcomes.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll take ownership of the infrastructure environment across cloud, networking, security, identity, servers, storage, backup, and core platform services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure, systems, cloud, network, or technology teams.
• Experience guiding organisations through growth, transformation, or acquisitions.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to direct technical direction when required.
• Proven track record of building capability and delivering business outcomes.

The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll take ownership of the infrastructure environment across cloud, networking, security, identity, servers, storage, backup, and core platform services. You'll lead a team of System Engineers while helping evolve the technology capability to support future business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the infrastructure team.
• Defining infrastructure strategy, standards, roadmaps, and best practices.
• Driving operational maturity, scalability, security, and resilience.
• Leading infrastructure projects, upgrades, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Supporting acquisition and growth activities from a technology perspective.
• Managing vendors, technology partners, and infrastructure investments.
• Providing technical leadership during major incidents and business‑critical initiatives.
• Building a technology function capable of supporting the next phase of growth.

What You'll Bring

• Experience leading infrastructure, systems, cloud, network, or technology teams.
• Strong Microsoft technology expertise across Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Windows environments.
• Broad infrastructure knowledge spanning networking, security, backup, disaster recovery, virtualization, and core platform services.
• Experience working within organisations that have undergone rapid growth, transformation, acquisition, or operational change.
• A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to provide technical direction when required.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness.
• A track record of building capability, improving technology functions, and delivering business outcomes.
• Demonstrated career tenure and progression, showing commitment and ownership over long‑term initiatives.
• Due to checks, you will be required to have an Australian Citizenship, NZ Citizenship or on a PR.
