Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a dedicated Information Systems professional to join the Knowledge Management Department. You will provide frontline service desk support, manage Content Manager (TRIM), RBA Box, SharePoint and GovTEAMS, and help ensure information is secure and well governed.

You will contribute to system security, access reviews, knowledge base creation, and stakeholder engagement while supporting FOI responses and information management projects in a mentorship-driven

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing customer service and support for enterprise information management or collaboration systems in a regulated environment.
• A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Management, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience administering Content Manager (TRIM) or similar document management platforms.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to organise and manage your work effectively.
• Australian citizenship is required and Baseline Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline service desk support and account management for enterprise information management systems.
• Support configuration management and deployment of new versions across TRIM, RBA Box, SharePoint and GovTEAMS.
• Maintain system security with regular access reviews.
• Create and maintain procedures and knowledge base content.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align expectations.
• Assist with FOI requests, records disposal, and system reporting.
• Contribute to user training, including train-the-trainer activities.
• Support information management projects in a mentorship-focused environment.
