Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia in Sydney invites applications for a role in the Information Systems Team within the Knowledge Management Department. Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Management, Business or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience administering Content Manager (TRIM) or similar document management platforms.
• Proven experience providing customer service and support for enterprise information management or collaboration systems in a regulated environment.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to organise and manage your work effectively.
• A genuine interest in information governance and records management.
• Australian citizenship is required; baseline security clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline service desk support and manage key information management systems.
• Onboard accounts and conduct regular access reviews for Content Manager (TRIM), RBA Box, SharePoint and GovTEAMS.
• Support configuration management and implementation of new versions and builds across these systems.
• Maintain and review system security including regular user access reviews.
• Create and maintain procedures and knowledge base content for consistent information practices.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and align expectations.
• Support FOI responses, records disposal and system reporting activities.
• Assist with user training and train-the-trainer activities.
• Support information management projects and learn in a collaborative environment.
