You will work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, ensure HACCP compliance, and coordinate staff to meet production schedules. Previous experience with Japanese, Malay, Chinese, Thai or Singaporean cuisines is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher or Australian Chef Skill Assessment.
• Experience in modern and traditional styles of Japanese, Malay, Chinese, Thai or Singaporean cuisine highly regarded.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks, including National Police Check and medical assessment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen and follow specifications.

Aufgaben

• Preparation and production of traditional Asian style cuisines for Economy, Business class and First class passengers.
• Working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
• Conducting quality checks and upholding all food safety, safety, and hygiene policies, including HACCP.
• Coordinating catering staff and other team members to deliver to production schedules.
• Demonstrating basic computer skills for administrative tasks.
