dnata Australia is hiring a Chef in a permanent full-time role in Western Australia. You will work in a busy open kitchen preparing international hot and cold meals for customer airlines, with a 38-hour week and a 7-day rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Commercial Cookery or higher preferred or equivalent experience.
• Passion and drive to deliver high quality food.
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Motivated, hardworking and have a good attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred but not essential.
• Must obtain a clear National Police Check.
• Availability to work 38 hours/week.
