Job summary

dnata catering & retail, part of Emirates Group, is seeking a Full-Time Chef in Perth. Join a high‑volume kitchen delivering inflight meals for leading airlines with strict food safety standards.

Responsibilities include preparing bulk hot and cold dishes, HACCP compliance, coordinating staff and performing admin tasks. Weekend/public holiday availability and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ chef experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher).
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks and working rights in Australia.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
• Prepare and cook bulk hot and cold dishes to spec.
• Maintain portion control and minimise waste.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene and HACCP policies.
• Coordinate catering staff to production schedules.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills for admin tasks.
