Love being in theatre? Help bring a simpler approach to surgical skin preparation to hospitals across NSW.
You've spent the last few years building relationships with surgeons, supporting clinical cases and developing your commercial skills in healthcare or medical device sales.
Now you're ready for the next step.
An opportunity to join a global MedTech leader, work with innovative infection prevention technologies and help drive changes in clinical practice that support better outcomes for patients and surgical teams.
At BD, possibility isn't an idea. It's what we do. We are the Makers of Possible.
As a Territory Manager - Infection Prevention, you'll partner with surgeons, perioperative teams and healthcare stakeholders across NSW, driving adoption of BD's Infection Prevention portfolio, including ChloraPrep™ and Surgiphor™.

You'll play a key role in helping healthcare teams adopt innovative infection prevention solutions, including technologies designed to simplify surgical skin preparation and support evidence-based best practice.
This is more than a sales role. It's an opportunity to influence clinical practice, champion innovation and become a trusted partner to surgeons and perioperative teams across one of Australia's largest healthcare markets.

No two days will be the same.
One day you might be supporting clinicians in theatre, the next presenting clinical evidence to hospital stakeholders, delivering education, or identifying opportunities to expand adoption across a health network.
You will:
Drive adoption of BD's Infection Prevention portfolio across NSW
Build strong relationships with surgeons, perioperative nurses and infection prevention stakeholders
Deliver education, product demonstrations and clinical support within hospital environments
Identify and convert new business opportunities across public and private hospitals

Partner closely with Marketing, Clinical and Sales teams to deliver customer outcomes
Maintain accurate forecasting, account planning and pipeline management
Stay up to date with emerging evidence, market trends and competitor activity
You're ambitious, commercially minded and motivated by building your career in MedTech.
Perhaps you're a Surgical Sales Representative with 1-3 years of experience, a Clinical Specialist ready to step into a Territory Manager role, or a Perioperative Nurse who has successfully transitioned into industry and is looking for the next challenge.
You enjoy being in theatre, building relationships and creating opportunities. You're competitive, resilient and motivated by achieving results, but you understand that long-term success comes from becoming a trusted clinical partner.
You'll bring:
Experience within medical device sales, healthcare sales or a clinical specialist role
Exposure to operating theatre environments
Experience working with surgeons, perioperative nurses and hospital stakeholders
Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills
A proactive approach to identifying and converting growth opportunities
Excellent planning, territory management and organisational skills
Commercial curiosity and a desire to build a successful MedTech career
The ability to work autonomously across a large territory
Experience within orthopaedics, surgical devices, infection prevention, perioperative nursing or adjacent procedural specialties will be highly regarded.
