Qualifications

• Experience in lifting, rigging and safety industry highly regarded.
• Previous customer service experience in Mining or industrial sales environment.

• Proactive nature with a focus on problem solving to achieve an outcome.

Responsibilities

• Support with client sales and showroom retail activities.
• Resolve customer queries face-to-face or via phone and email.
• Support with ordering to ensure delivery timelines are met, including overdue deliveries.
• Interact with internal departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
