Responsibilities

• Support with client sales and showroom retail activities
• Resolve customer queries either face-to-face or via phone and email
• Support with ordering to ensure delivery timelines are adhered to including any overdue deliveries
• Interact with relevant internal departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction
