Job summary

Bullivants Newcastle is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support direct sales and service activities at our Newcastle branch. You will interact with customers face-to-face and work with the internal sales team to resolve queries and ensure smooth order flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in lifting, rigging and safety industry highly regarded.

Customer Service Officer - Newcastle, NSW

Enhancing the customer centric mentality, the Customer Service Officer will support activities related to direct customer sales support and service. In addition to the face-to-face element of the role you will also be interacting with the internal and external sales team to resolve relevant queries.

Bullivants are leaders in lifting, rigging and safety related products with a national presence providing a customer first approach into the Mining and industrial market sectors. Product sales and ongoing service and support is a key part of our market offer.
