Job summary

Bullivants Newcastle is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support direct customer sales and service, engaging with customers face-to-face and with the internal sales team.

Based onsite at Newcastle, this permanent, full-time role focuses on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt responses, accurate order processing, and coordinated deliveries. You will also handle showroom activities and collaborate across departments.

Customer Service Officer - Newcastle, NSW

Enhancing the customer centric mentality, the Customer Service Officer will support activities related to direct customer sales support and service. In addition to the face-to-face element of the role you will also be interacting with the internal and external sales team to resolve relevant queries.
