Job summary

Conquest Recruitment Group partners with a global industrial business to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager for NSW. The role focuses on growing long-term service agreements in industrial products, with roughly 70% new business and 30% account management, based in Wetherill Park or Newcastle, with travel across the territory required.

Qualifications

• Minimum business development experience with hunter mentality.
• Experience selling into industrial markets and OEM products.
• Ability to work autonomously in a field-based role with regular office time in NSW.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new service and maintenance opportunities across our client’s product range and service capability.
• Roll out service and spares programs, sign new service contracts and convert customers to long-term maintenance plans.
• Build and manage key accounts, proactively targeting additional service work with local service managers.
• Provide regular reporting to management and internal teams and support Customer Service Managers and Sales Specialists.
