Job summary

Brisbane Catholic Education Office – Salisbury, QLD, invites an experienced Diverse Learning Leader to advance inclusive education for diverse learners in a Catholic school community. You will lead MTSS implementation, shape data-informed interventions, and collaborate with teachers, leaders, families and external partners to ensure equitable outcomes.

You will also coach staff, monitor wellbeing and engagement, and ensure compliance with BCE policies.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to inclusive education and student success.
• Demonstrated leadership in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Experience facilitating professional learning and coaching others.
• Ability to use data to drive strategic improvement and inform decisions.
• Willingness to uphold BCE policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of inclusive education practices across the school.
• Develop and evaluate systems, data processes, and supports that enhance outcomes for students with diverse learning needs.
• Analyse student performance and wellbeing data to identify priorities and inform targeted interventions.
• Facilitate coaching, mentoring and professional learning to build staff capability in inclusive education.
• Lead collaboration within school support teams to ensure equitable and effective student support.
• Foster positive partnerships with families, caregivers and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with BCE policies and legislative obligations, including the DDA and DSE.
