Job summary

Brisbane Catholic Education is seeking a Diverse Learning Leader for St Pius X Primary School in Salisbury. You will provide strategic leadership to support inclusive education, student wellbeing and achievement through MTSS.

The role leads implementation of inclusive practices, develops systems and data processes, analyzes student outcomes, and coaches staff. Collaboration with families and compliance with BCE policies are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of inclusive education practices across the school.
• Develop and evaluate systems, data processes, and supports for diverse learners.
• Analyze student performance and wellbeing data to identify priorities and inform interventions.
• Facilitate coaching, mentoring and professional learning to build staff capability.
• Lead collaboration within school support teams to ensure equitable student support.
• Foster partnerships with families, caregivers and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with BCE policies and legislative obligations (DDA and DSE).
