Brisbane Catholic Education is seeking an experienced Diverse Learning Leader for Star of the Sea School, Merrimac, to drive inclusive education and MTSS across the school. The role engages with school leaders, teachers, students and families to raise engagement, wellbeing and achievement for diverse learners.

Mandatory requirements include QCT registration and 5+ years in inclusive education, with postgraduate qualifications welcomed.

Qualificações

• Full Queensland College of Teachers registration (QCT) is required.
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience with inclusive education practice.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Current Queensland Driver's Licence (if required).
• Postgraduate qualifications in Inclusive Education are highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of inclusive education practices across the school.
• Develop and evaluate MTSS data processes and supports.
• Analyse student performance and wellbeing data to identify priorities.
• Facilitate coaching, mentoring and professional learning for staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and external stakeholders to support students.
