Job summary

You will work with school leaders, teachers, students, and families to foster a culture where every learner is valued and supported. Collaborate to strengthen MTSS, analyse data for priorities, and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of inclusive education practices across the school.
• Develop and evaluate systems, data processes, and supports that enhance outcomes for students with diverse learning needs.
• Analyse student performance and wellbeing data to identify priorities and inform targeted interventions.
• Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and professional learning to build staff capability in inclusive education.
• Lead collaboration within school support teams to ensure equitable and effective student support.
• Foster positive partnerships with families, caregivers, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with BCE policies and legislative obligations, including the DDA and DSE.
