Job summary

Brisbane Catholic Education Office seeks a diverse learning leader for Good Samaritan Catholic College, Bli Bli, to drive inclusive education across the school. The role focuses on equity, student wellbeing, and high-quality teaching within a MTSS framework.

You will lead implementation, data systems, and collaborations with families and staff to support all learners and ensure compliance with BCE policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of inclusive education practices across the school.
• Develop and evaluate MTSS data processes and supports to enhance outcomes for students with diverse learning needs.
• Analyse student performance and wellbeing data to identify priorities and inform targeted interventions.
• Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and professional learning to build staff capability in inclusive education.
• Lead collaboration within school support teams to ensure equitable and effective student support.
• Foster positive partnerships with families, caregivers, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure BCE policies and legislative obligations, including the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and Disability Standards for Education (DSE).
