Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to model exemplary teaching practice across literacy and numeracy.
• Expertise in implementing high impact teaching strategies responding to student learning needs.
• Ability to model monitoring and assessment of student learning and use data to inform practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Create and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) and Safety Plans.
• Build staff capacity through training and promote SWPBS practices.
• Manage integration aides and support staff in SWPBS and intervention strategies.
• Provide guidance to senior staff and coordinate with wellbeing teams to support diverse learner needs.
