Job summary

ELTHAM College in Melbourne's northeast is seeking a Head of Learning Support (P–12) to provide strategic and operational leadership for inclusive learning across the College. You will oversee Learning Support, Gifted & Talented, and EAL programs, reporting to the Director of Teaching, Learning and Student Progress while guiding the Learning Support team.

You will develop Individual Learning Plans, lead evidence-informed interventions, and build staff capability to maximise student engagement,

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Special Education or Inclusive Education.
• Demonstrated leadership in learning support or inclusive education settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and strengthen inclusive learning across Prep–12.
• Lead development and review of Individual Learning Plans.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Learning Support team.
• Build partnerships with families and external professionals.
• Lead the design and evaluation of intervention programs.
