Job summary

Wesfarmers Health is seeking an Inbound Manager for the Adelaide Fulfilment Centre in Edinburgh, SA. You will oversee inbound warehouse operations, from receiving to dispatch alignment with DIFOT, and manage freight partners for cost-efficient service.

You will plan, organise and coach staff to handle daily workloads, while driving continuous improvement, including automation initiatives, and recruit/train the warehouse team to maintain a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in warehouse/DC management.
• Proven ability to lead a team and foster an inclusive culture.
• Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receiving, layout and receipt of goods.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate dispatch and DIFOT.
• Plan, organise and lead warehouse staff to meet daily workloads.
