Job summary

Wesfarmers Health is seeking an Inbound Manager for our Adelaide Fulfilment Centre located in Edinburgh, SA. This role oversees all inbound warehouse operations, from layout to timely unloading and receipting, and coordinates with stakeholders to ensure accurate dispatch aligned with DIFOT requirements.

The role also involves planning, organizing and coordinating staff to manage daily workloads, while leading and motivating a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse/DC management.
• Ability to lead and engage a diverse team.
• Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound warehouse operations from receiving to receipting.
• Plan daily workloads and coordinate staff to meet DIFOT requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement projects, including automation.
• Recruit, train and develop the warehouse team.
• Coordinate with freight partners for cost-effective service.
