• Handle inbound phone calls, emails and online chat queries for borrowers and provide accurate assistance with Firstmac products (home and auto loans)
• Deliver prompt, professional solutions to ensure customers understand our service and that expectations are met
• Maintain up-to-date call history notes and accurate customer data in our systems
