Firstmac Limited is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our Lending Services team in Brisbane. You will handle inbound inquiries about loan products, deliver friendly, solutions-focused service, and help customers navigate their loan needs.

We're looking for a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic inbound contact centre team in an exciting, full-time opportunity. You'll deliver exceptional phone-based support, answering enquiries about our loan products and helping customers navigate their loan needs with confidence. You'll play a key role in creating smooth, positive customer experiences through friendly and solutions-focused service.

Key Duties include:

• Handle inbound phone calls, emails and online chat queries for our borrowers and provide accurate and in-depth assistance with Firstmac products including home and auto loans;
• Deliver prompt and professional solutions, ensuring the customer has a good understanding of our service to ensure solutions and expectations are met;
• Ensure our systems are up to date with detailed and accurate call history notes, maintaining accurate customer data.
