You’ll drive referrals to lending specialists, manage loan maintenance tasks, and coach team members on quality conversations, while championing digital banking tools to empower customers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, ideally within banking or financial services.
• Confident communicator with a proactive, customer‑centred approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Interest or exposure to consumer lending is a plus.

• Engage customers to identify financial goals and match with banking solutions.
• Manage loan maintenance requests (top-ups, pricing, variations) for a smooth experience.
• Identify referral opportunities to Home Lending and Business Banking teams.
• Maintain regular contact with customers, manage leads, and book appointments.
• Coach Customer Service Officers on quality conversations and service excellence.
• Promote digital banking tools and help customers manage finances online.
