Job summary

SMAART Recruitment is partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit multiple permanent Customer Service Representatives for its Perth contact centre. You’ll support business customers across phone, live chat and email, with structured training, ongoing coaching and clear career progression.

The role is predominantly inbound, with some follow-up calls. One WFH day per week is available once trained and performance milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service from a contact centre, retail, hospitality, sales or another customer-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A calm, practical approach to problem-solving.
• Confidence learning new systems and managing multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a reliable, team-focused attitude.
• Salesforce, SAP or Genesys experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, live chat and email.
• Investigate issues and provide accurate resolutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Logistics to resolve queries.
• Own each enquiry and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
