Job summary

SMAART Recruitment is partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit multiple permanent Customer Service Representatives for its Mascot contact centre. You’ll support business customers across phone, live chat and email, handling enquiries from order tracking and delivery updates to product questions.

The role is inbound with some follow-up, you’ll own each enquiry, investigate what has happened and work with teams across sales, operations and logistics to find the right solution.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in contact centre, retail or hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm, practical approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
• Willingness to learn new systems with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, live chat and email.
• Assist with order tracking, delivery updates and product questions.
• Investigate issues and coordinate with sales, operations and logistics.
• Own each enquiry and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
