Qualificações

• Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception or contact centres.
• Comfortable working with computers.
• Willing to obtain National Police Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer calls with empathy and clear communication.
• Troubleshoot inquiries and provide first-call resolutions.
• Record case details in CRM accurately and update notes.
