PharmaCare on Sydney's Northern Beaches is seeking an experienced Customer Service Leader to join our in‑office team in Warriewood. You will mentor and lead a fast-paced, customer-focused team while delivering outstanding service across phone, email and online channels.

You’ll build strong relationships, resolve issues quickly and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Customer Service to optimise processes. Salesforce/JDE experience admired.

Qualifications

• This role requires prior customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organisation and time management capabilities are essential.
• Experience leading a small team and driving customer-focused improvements is valued.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or JDE systems is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service across phone, email, and online channels.
• Manage customer enquiries, orders, claims, and delivery resolutions.
• Support web sales, credits, and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Provide reception and office support as needed.
