Randstad is recruiting for a customer service role based in our Frenchs Forest office, Sydney. You will guide customers through queries, resolve issues on the spot, and manage correspondence with precision in a busy corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception or contact centres.
• Comfortable working with computers.
• Happy to complete a routine National Police Clearance

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound customer calls with empathy, patience, and clear communication
• Troubleshoot customer enquiries and deliver practical, first-call resolutions
• Accurately record case details, notes, and outcomes in internal CRM databases
• Handle follow-up emails and administrative tasks to ensure seamless service delivery
• Work collaboratively alongside supportive team leaders to uphold top-quality service standards
