Job summary

Rapid Screening Pty Ltd is seeking an ambitious Inbound Sales Consultant (B2B) to convert qualified opportunities into new business from our St Leonards Park, NSW team. You will work with an existing outbound team and focus on inbound and conversion-driven sales, with chances to engage in outbound activities as required.

The role emphasises building rapport, understanding client needs, and closing deals, with earnings linked to performance through base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound sales and B2B sales.
• Proven ability to close deals and overcome objections.
• Comfort with outbound outreach when required.

Responsibilities

• Speak with qualified and pre-qualified sales leads.
• Take over opportunities generated by our outbound sales team.
• Build rapport quickly with prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and identify suitable solutions.
• Clearly explain our services and value proposition.
• Conduct sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Handle questions and objections confidently.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
• Proactively contact prospects where required.
• Move opportunities through the sales process.
• Close new business.
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM.
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow-ups.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
