Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy, inventory management, and back-of-house operations while delivering a world-class guest experience. You will lead shifts, manage stock, and ensure both floor and back-of-house are organized and stocked, partnering with leadership and Educators.

You will contribute to hiring decisions, coach teammates, and uphold an inclusive, high-performance environment in a fast-paced retail setting, traveling as needed to support

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail or related operations.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics using business technology.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy and inventory plans.
• Lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Oversee back of house (BOH) product operations and merchandising on the floor.
• Support guest experience by ensuring availability and organized product presentation.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and coaching of team members.
• Provide feedback and foster a respectful, inclusive team environment.
