Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail store. You will energize guests with top-quality product education, support store operations, and participate in omnichannel programs that connect online and in-store experiences.

As part of a collaborative team, you will maintain the luxury store atmosphere, perform in-store tasks, and uphold safety and company policies. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for wellness culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences by engaging with guests and sharing product education.
• Execute end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs (Buy Online/Pickup In Store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and support store operations.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to address issues and improve the guest experience.
• Work with others to foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
