Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Customer Services Pty Ltd is seeking Service Technicians to service customers across Victoria, NSW, QLD and WA. You will diagnose, repair and maintain premium appliances in customers' homes, delivering exceptional service while representing the Fisher & Paykel brand.

The role involves hands-on problem solving, ongoing training, and collaboration with experienced technicians to ensure high-quality outcomes and first-time fix rates.

Qualifications

• Electrical, electronics or appliance service trade qualification required.
• Licensed/registered electrical service technician status strongly regarded.
• Experience in appliance repair and fault finding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in home service experiences with professionalism and customer focus.
• Diagnose, repair, test premium appliances, ensuring safety and quality.
• Assess performance, communicate clear recommendations to customers.
• Maintain van stock and manage service records accurately.
• Adhere to safety standards and complete documentation promptly.

Education

Electrical, Electronics, Appliance Service, Refrigeration, or related Trade Qualification

Licensed Electrical Service Technician or Registered Electrical Service Technician
