Job summary

Searson Buck Group is seeking a Business Optimisation Analyst to join a newly established transformation function. You will identify opportunities, map current processes, and collaborate with operational teams to deliver measurable improvements across customer experiences and operations.

You will facilitate workshops, document requirements, support CRM platforms, and contribute to automation and AI initiatives while ensuring benefits realisation for the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and operational transformation.
• Strong ability to map As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Proven track record gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Solid workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience planning and executing UAT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with CRM, customer service, or contact centre platforms.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve end-to-end operational processes.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discovery sessions.
• Develop As-Is and To-Be process maps and workflow documentation.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Support CRM, contact centre, and digital platform enhancements.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Utilize operational data to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Contribute to automation, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives.
