Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing transformation team delivering complex customer, digital and operational initiatives. You will partner with senior stakeholders, map processes, and produce BRDs, user stories and functional specifications while navigating Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.

Experience with Conversational AI, CRM and SAP, Contact Centre or Knowledge Management platforms is highly desirable and the role offers an opportunity to shape

Senior Business Analyst

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing transformation team delivering complex customer, digital and operational transformation initiatives.

Skills & Experience Required

• 8+ years’ experience in Business Analysis delivering complex business and technology initiatives.
• Strong process analysis and process mapping capability.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience producing BRDs, user stories, business rules and functional specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead business analysis activities.
• Experience delivering Conversational AI, Chatbot or Intelligent IVR solutions, along with Contact Centre, Customer Experience or Customer Operations experience and familiarity with CRM, SAP, Contact Centre and Knowledge Management platforms, is highly desirable.
