Job summary

Everi Pty is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major organisational transformation across multiple business functions. You will analyse current and future-state processes, gather requirements and help implement system enhancements to deliver practical business improvements.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, document requirements, develop process maps and create user guides while contributing to change activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering process improvement and systems transformation.
• Knowledge of mapping, workflow design and requirements gathering.
• Experience supporting system implementation, testing and change activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, dependencies and practical solutions.
• Excellent written communication and process documentation skills.
• Advanced skills across Microsoft 365 and business systems environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver timely outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current and future-state business processes across multiple workstreams.
• Gather, assess and document business, system and data requirements.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams and supporting documentation.
• Identify process improvements, system dependencies, risks and opportunities.
• Support system design, testing, implementation and defect resolution activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and solutions.
• Develop user guides, training materials and operational procedures.
• Contribute to implementation planning, change activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
