Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing transformation team delivering complex customer, digital and operational initiatives. You will partner with senior stakeholders, map processes, and produce BRDs, user stories and functional specifications while navigating Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.

Experience with Conversational AI, CRM and SAP, Contact Centre or Knowledge Management platforms is highly desirable and the role offers an opportunity to shape

Qualifications

8+ years of BA experience delivering complex business and tech initiatives.
Strong process analysis and mapping capabilities.
Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to produce BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
