Job summary

City People Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst (Process) to map and optimize end-to-end processes and leverage process mining insights to drive automation. The role requires facilitation of stakeholder workshops, alignment with enterprise designs, and active backlog management within agile delivery practices.

The candidate will work with SAP Signavio and other BPM tools, contributing to process transformation initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience mapping and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
• Ability to analyze process mining data to identify bottlenecks.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops.
• Experience in backlog management and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Map, document, and optimize end-to-end "as-is" and "to-be" processes using SAP Signavio.
• Analyze process mining data to identify bottlenecks and drive automation.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture business needs and align with enterprise process designs.
• Manage the product backlog and participate in sprint planning, testing, and deployment.
• Exposure to tools for Process BA, BPM, process mapping, and transformation.
